When can I get into my storage unit?
Access hours are 6 AM to 9 PM daily. 24 hour access is granted in certain situations.
What are the terms of the rental agreement?
We offer month-to-month leases or discounted long term storage options. The amount of time you need your storage unit will determine which leasing option is best for you.
Do you require notice before I move out?
Yes. We ask that you provide written notice at 7 least days before you vacate your storage unit.
What are the features of your temperature controlled storage units?
Our temperature controlled storage units feature heat and air conditioning to protect your belongings from extreme temperatures. We encourage temperature controlled units for customers who will be storing sensitive electronics or other items susceptible to extreme temperature changes.
Do you have boxes or packing supplies available?
Yes. We offer a variety of boxes, bubble wrap and other packing supplies to make your move more convenient.
How secure are your storage units?
We take the security of our storage units very seriously. That's why we provide a well-lit and completely fenced in facility, monitored by video cameras and accessible only through our computerized security gate.
Do I get any money back if I move out before the end of the month?
We do not offer any refunds on storage unit rent. If you move out during a month for which you have already paid, we cannot prorate your rental fees. We encourage you to plan your move out date to coincide with the end of your billing cycle.
Will I be able to drive up to my storage unit?
Yes. Most of our storage units allow you to load and unload your items directly from your vehicle into the unit. Our temperature controlled units are on the 2nd floor and easily accessible by elevator.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks and major credit cards for payment. We can also setup automatic credit card payments or take payments over the phone.
