How far are you from Manheim Township, PA?
We’re less than 5 miles away, meaning anyone in Manheim Township can reach our self-storage facility in about 10 minutes. We’re also convenient to Lititz, Neffsville, East Petersburg, and other nearby communities.

Do you offer RV storage?
We sure do. Our outdoor parking spaces are great for your camper, RV, motorhome, and even business vans. If you have a vehicle that’s taking up too much space at home or work, we’re likely to have a spot for you!

What is drive-up access?
Great question! Drive-up access allows you to load and unload items directly from your vehicle into the unit. These storage units have a roll-up door for outdoor access and its own loading area where you can easily park your car or moving van. We also have interior units.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit offers drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, while an indoor unit is located in the interior of a building with wide hallways. To use an indoor self-storage unit, you need to enter the building through a main door first. We have two types of interior storage units: temperature-controlled, which are on the 2nd floor and offer higher protection against the weather, and standard, which are on both floors, giving you the option of getting access to your belongings without having to wait for the elevator.

What exactly is temperature control?
Temperature-controlled storage units offer a stable environment for your belongings through heat and air conditioning, protecting them year-round - whether it’s hot or cold outside. Maintaining a controlled environment is important to prevent warping, cracking, rust, corrosion, mold, and mildew from occurring in extreme weather.
Should I use a temperature-controlled unit?
It depends on which type of item you’re storing. For instance, if you just want to keep some equipment for your job here because it’s easier for you than driving all the way back to your apartment, you probably won’t need temperature control. On the other hand, we encourage using temperature-controlled storage units for customers who are storing items susceptible to extreme temperature changes. These may include electronics, wood or leather furniture, office records, clothing, seasonal inventory, and more.

What type of security do you offer?
Our self-storage facility is fenced in and accessible only through a personal access code. It’s also well lit and equipped with a closed-circuit camera system that monitors all activity in the area, allowing us to see who enters and exits the property at all times.

How to reserve a unit?
Reserving a self-storage unit with us is very simple. You can either do it through our website or at our facility by using the on-site kiosk. If you prefer the website, just head over to our unit prices page to see current availability. Our kiosk also offers a variety of features, including the ability to not only rent storage units, but also make payments, update your account information, or contact our team - all through a touch screen that makes it easy to use.
What’s the next step?

If you still have questions or would like to speak with us directly, you can do so by calling us during office hours. We’re happy to work with you on anything you need before starting your self-storage experience!
