Access hours are 6 AM to 9 PM daily. 24 hour access is granted in certain situations.
All our leases are month to month starting on the date you rent. Example rent on the 12th, due on the 12th of each month.
Yes. We ask that you provide written notice at least 7 days before you vacate your storage unit.
Our temperature controlled storage units feature heat and air conditioning to protect your belongings from extreme temperatures. We encourage temperature controlled units for customers who will be storing sensitive electronics or other items susceptible to extreme temperature changes.
Yes. We offer a variety of boxes, bubble wrap and other packing supplies to make your move more convenient.
We take the security of our storage units very seriously. That's why we provide a well-lit and completely fenced in facility, monitored by video cameras and accessible only through our computerized security gate.
We do not offer any refunds on storage unit rent. If you move out during a month for which you have already paid, we cannot prorate your rental fees. We encourage you to plan your move out date to coincide with the end of your billing cycle.
Yes. Most of our storage units allow you to load and unload your items directly from your vehicle into the unit. Our temperature controlled units are on the 2nd floor and easily accessible by elevator.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards and offer automatic CC billing as well as ACH debit. We have a 24/7 payment line at 717-397-1976 as well as a payment portal on our website. A kiosk is available 24/7 on site to make payments also.
